Data security is core to how RPIT delivers every service — from a laptop repair to a business cyber security engagement.

What we protect

• Contact details used to provide support
• Project files, configurations, and credentials shared during work
• Backups created during a project

How we protect it

• Access control — only RPIT staff assigned to your job get access
• Encryption — remote sessions and file transfers use SSL/TLS
• Secure backups — encrypted, with limited retention
• Device hygiene — RPIT's own systems follow patching and antivirus practices

Third-party tools

When remote-access tools are used, RPIT uses trusted vendors only, with temporary access revoked once the work is complete.

Incident response

If a security incident is detected during our work, RPIT contains it, investigates, and informs the client promptly with facts and next steps.

Data sharing

RPIT does not sell or share client data with third parties without prior written consent.
